Yep, I did it again. I have had so much fun posting every day for the past month (almost) that I decided to join NaBloPoMo for another month. This time I began today, the 1st, so that it will be an official month. I hope that you have enjoyed my posts so far. Please continue checking back every day!

The 25...er,,,24 Days of Christmas!
Mood:  lyrical
Topic: Family

If you have been reading my posts since last year at this time, then you will recall the tradition I began to celebrate Advent. We are still planning on having four advent nights this year, but we are combining it with a great idea that I just saw for an advent calendar. A blogger friend at 3+3=Our Full House  had a great link on her blog for creating advent envelopes with special family activities inside for each day.  If you accept the challenge, you are encouraged to post pictures on their Flickr page. Here's the link. We took the challenge, but for us it will be the 24 Days of Christmas. Unless, of course, you count the small birthday party that we had today for our now nine year old Jacob! Anyway, let me know if you are going to participate. We're starting tomorrow. Looking forward to it.

Is Mind Flex Real, or Is It fake? You Decide!

One of my fellow TOS Crew members, today, asked what we though about Mind Flex. It seems that her son wanted it for Christmas but she saw a video on YouTube about it and didn't know if it was real or not. She didn't want to spend a lot of money on something that wasn't legitimate. So, she asked our opinion of it.

Being the inquisitive person that I am, I looked it up on YouTube myself. Below is what I found. The boy doing the review seems very intelligent and ingenious. It looks like he has done many video reviews and even has his own website. I'll bet he was homeschooled! Anyway, although the video was well done, I'm not convinced.

What do you all think? I want your opinion. Have you used Mind Flex? What do you think about it after watching the video? Let me know. You can leave a comment on Facebook, a Tweet on Twitter, join my BlogFrog discussion, or just leave a comment below. I'm looking forward to hearing what you have to say. Is it real or is it Memorex - er...I mean fake? Here's the video.

Fantastic website! Just press on the link above. And, in case you're wondering, that really is the name of the website. No relation to us! They call all of the photos that you create on the website "Tinks". So if you create one, you'll have a piece of my name!
